This blog is written as a free resource for the general public as well as a user guide for the members of Why Things Hurt.  Members, please feel free to search the video library as you wish, but I recommend using the WTH Instruction Manual pages on this blog as guidance to help you navigate the information effectively.  You will see the site is broken down into five sections: Pain, Fitness, New Moms, Sports, & Health Care.

In the video library you will find learning, doing and teaching videos.  The learning videos explain concepts to help you understand your body.  The doing videos describe exercises to help you create body awareness, control and strength.  Finally, the teaching videos are resources for health and education professionals to learn treatment and movement techniques.  Click on this blog article for basic instructions on how to use your Dashboard effectively to take notes, track injuries and catalog advice given to you by various health professionals or this blog article for why you should use the Dashboard

**Please note that new content is added to this site every week, so the full content of each section may not be available right away, but you can check this post for content updates.**
